Contractors consult with clients and summarise the priorities of the project. They assist the client and present them with any (and every) element of the project that needs supervision. They represent the client on every construction task. - Subcontractor
This person helps contractors complete tasks and complete them in a timely manner. Their cooperation is necessary for delivering a complete, polished end product. - Architect
The architect must ensure the project is built to specification. They must point out any flaws or changes to their original design, and protect the integrity and safety of the structure. - Client
The client needs to communicate with the construction team and head contractors throughout the project. It is the client’s job to walk through every point of the build and ask questions.
The List
Depending on the project, your punch list may have different requirements and need extra hands to complete each task. Once all items/checkpoints are agreed upon, the project can begin. A good list must include:
